Tama Adair-Williamson

President and Founder

Founder of Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment, LLC, Mrs. Williamson has taken the company to a national client base that includes clients in each of the 50 states in the US. BME's OnHold™ marketing and background music marketing programs have been a large success due to the company's leadership philosophy that it is paramount to clearly understand each client's uniqueness and then convey that message to the client's most valuable market, their callers.

With over 12 years experience in the on hold marketing industry and owning two franchised offices in Dallas and Austin, Mrs. Williamson founded, then led BM&E to success with her distinct understanding of the industry. Holding positions on the Franchise Advisory Board with IOHI, the Presidents Council and Top National Sales offices along with graduating Harding University with a B.S. in Marketing has lead Mrs. Williamson in her understanding of the industry.

It is Mrs. Williamson's goal to raise the bar in the audio and on hold marketing industry while making sure BME continues to grow in its services, offering clients comprehensive and unified branding. In 2002 BME became a DMX Music Affiliate, a leader in business music for their extensive library of music and outstanding quality.

Automated attendant greetings, web audio, radio spots, in-store marketing and office background music are also services now offered by BME. Having grown over 20% consecutively over the last 5 years, Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment, LLC continues to build its presence in the market.

Mrs. Williamson has been an active member of WPO, YEO and Vistage over the past ten(10) years.

Allison Sedlak

Vice President

Graduating from The University of Texas with a B.S. in Finance, Mrs. Sedlak began her professional career with Dell Computer Corporation in Business to Business Marketing. After working as a Financial Analyst for WCI, Mrs. Sedlak joined Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment, LLC in 2001 as Vice President.

Mrs. Sedlak managed, hired and trained the Marketing Advisors for Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment LLC, in addition to working closely with the President, Tama Williamson. She now manages the San Antonio office.

A member of TEC International and a Life Member of the University of Texas alumni association, Texas Exes, Mrs. Sedlak is also very active as an advisor to a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising funds to support St. Jude's Children Hospital. Also as a member of the Junior League of Austin, she donates many hours a year to community service in the Austin area.
