Mrs. Petit has a combined 15 years of customer service and sales experience ranging from the fashion industry to the travel industry. While at TravelMax International, Mrs. Petit revamped and created all of the new processes and forms to improve both accuracy and customer service within the company. Mrs. Petit became the Client Services Manager in under less than a year at BME due to her excellent problem-solving skills and strong desire to help BME’s clients succeed.
