Business Development Associate

Position: Business Development Associate
Pay: Base per month, plus commissions (Based on Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Productive Prospecting and Qualifying – Take ownership of prospecting in target industries
- Support Marketing Advisors – Provide and support Marketing Advisors with qualified Appointments. The Business Development Associate will conduct the initial call with a business to determine the business needs, provide information on BME’s solution and scheduling the initial appointment as well as any follow up appointment needed for the Marketing Advisor to close the sale.
- Meet or exceed the Success goals/metrics
- Conversion, Contacts, Appointment Rates and Dials per Day
- Maintain the minimum number of new appointments forecasted per month (meeting or exceeding sales metrics)
- Active Role – Be focused on your success and the success of the company.
- Market Positioning – Creatively represent BME in a manner that clearly distinguished BME from the competition, and positions BME as a market leader in the industry.
- Uphold the Value, Mission and Commitment Statement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or comparable experience
- 2 or more Years sales experience in a business to business environment
- A proven sales track record
- Marketing experience a plus
- Solution oriented
- Strong written and Oral communication
