Tama L. Williamson

Tama is the fearless, driven founder and CEO of Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment, LLC, dba OnHold Exchange Productions. Her years of experience and accomplishments in the business and marketing fields explain BME’s success. Tama’s introduction to the marketing world began 1986 while still in her teens selling ads for an independent Yellow Pages Book. She parlayed this experience into her first business, Printing Brokerage Company, in Dallas, Texas in January 1991 only a year after graduating from Harding University with a B.A. in Marketing. Four years later while still in Dallas she purchased an Impressions On Hold International Franchise and was honored as Rookie of the Year in 1996. In 1997 Tama purchased Impressions On Hold International Franchise Austin, Texas where BME is now based. While with IOHI she was a member of the Franchise Advisory board for four years, she was honored with the National Sales Award, and received top producer honors in 2000.

Broadcast Marketing & Entertainment, LLC dba OnHold Exchange Productions was established in February 2001, and client locations have grown an average of 45% per year with offices in San Antonio and Houston in addition to Austin. When not busy at the helm here at BME, Tama supports various charities in the Austin area along with the support of the CASA of Travis County, co-chaired “Friends of CASA”, an organization developed to support the needs of CASA of Travis County through fund raising events. Tama also provides inspiration to other women by teaching the “Empowered Women” class at Westover Hills Church of Christ. Tama and her husband Jodi have three daughters, one of whom was recently awarded Miss Teen Austin International 2009. Tama’s passion is growing the business by growing people.
